25,000 VISITORS EXPECTED FOR THE UPCOMING EDITION

The second edition of the first major event in Italy entirely dedicated to padel will take place from 19 to 21 January 2024

The success of the debut edition of Padel Trend Expo, held in January 2023 in Milan, was truly remarkable.

Three jam-packed days, just a stone’s throw from the fashionable Citylife district, hosted a rich and varied programme of events (entertainment, shopping, tournaments and conferences) and involved more than 18,000 people, including 2,000 members of staff, across the 6 courts set up for the occasion within the beautiful pavilion at the MiCo conference centre.

The event also proved to be a fantastic showcase for the B2B sector, generating business opportunities over the 3 days estimated at more than €10 million.

The upcoming edition will have an even stronger international focus, aimed at attracting more buyers from new markets where padel is growing in popularity, such as the United States, the Middle East, China, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

In addition, there will be a nod to the combination of padel and tourism, with the goal of duplicating the long and fruitful experience of golf, a sport linked to players exploring the territory and discovering the best courses. In addition to sports clubs, many tourist structures have now added padel courts to their facilities, and they are soon to be a feature on cruise ships as well.

There will be lots of new initiatives and top-tier guests, as well as some crossovers with the world of fitness and pickleball – a phenomenon taking the United States by storm.
