TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The rooms will be available to guests from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- CITY TAX: Payment to be made by Participants/Guests directly at the hotel upon departure.
- Credit card for guarantee and payment upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel is authorized to carry out a pre-authorization of the total amount before arrival as a guarantee.
- Cancellation is free until 6:00 PM on the day before the arrival date. In case of cancellation beyond this deadline or in case of no-show, the rate for the first night will be charged as a penalty. For early departures and/or no-shows, 100% of the total for the released nights will be charged.
